The Main Objectives

To ensure effective functioning of devolved powers in the Provincial Councils under the 13 th amendment to the constitution, To achieve this objective, to formulate an administrative set up and maintain those institutions and Co-ordination.

Co-ordination of divisional secretary's divisions and supervision. execution of National development programs with the Co-operation of rural population and providing technical support.

Assisting the activities of the Provincial public services commission , guiding and assisting all the ministries and departments under Provincial Council to prepare training programs to train staff.

Prepare policy formulation in respect of matters with regard to the financial implications, prepare the annual budgets, taking decision in respect of financial policies, introduce accounting systems, implements tax Policies, collection of Provincial revenue and to function as the general treasury.

Fulfillment of the responsibilities as the Chief accounting officer of the Provincial Fund a nd to assist the Provincial Public Accounts Committee on behalf of the Provincial Treasury.

Providing engineering and technical services to various institutions coming under the Central Provincial Council.

Introduce and Implement Internal Audit systems.

Maintain the activities of the office of the Board of Ministers.

To give essential initiatives to various development project.
